After 2 years of everything from entitlements, design and coordinating the drawings the Canoga Park Self Storage Design/Build project will be breaking ground in April of this year. This 184,000sf self storage facility will sit in the middle of Canoga Park, CA and will be a total of 3 stories. We were awarded the design/building contract for this project and were given the opportunity to put together a great team that worked very well together. We couldn’t more excited to finally break ground next month and see everyone’s hard work become reality with the completion of this project.
